When generating metadata, you can choose which fields (SEO title, SEO description) will be generated and which will be kept as original.
If you choose "Override all metadata", both the SEO title and SEO description will be fully regenerated using the title and description templates.
If you choose "Generate only missing metadata (keep original metadata)", only products without existing metadata will have it generated.
Important: When creating new products, metadata is not generated automatically. By default, the SEO title falls back to the product title, and the SEO description falls back to the first 320 characters of the product description. In this case, both the SEO title and SEO description will be generated.
If you choose "Override SEO description (keep original SEO title or generate missing)", the SEO description for all products will be regenerated, while only empty SEO titles will be generated.

Metadata that you update manually in the TinySEO app will not be regenerated through automatic generation. If you want to regenerate manually updated metadata, please contact our customer support.
